It's been almost a year since they adopted this stray, but their son still does this every night
This is adorable!
"It's been almost a year since we took in the neighborhood stray and my son still insists on tucking him in when he naps 'so he knows that he lives at our house and will come back,'" his human owner wrote via reddit.
He still loves to go outside, and his human parents decided to let him continue that.
"It worked out that we took him in towards the end of Fall. After he was neutered he had to stay inside for a while and then it was Winter so he didn't care to even try and go outside. When Spring came we finally let him back out and hoped for the best. We must have made a good impression because he always comes back."
This kitty knows how lucky he is to have a home, and I think that tucking him in with his teddy is just what he needed :)
