Shelter kittens mesmerized by new donated cat toy

"What do we do when someone donates a crazy cat toy? We put it in one of our cat rooms and video it! The kittens in Catio 3 aren't sure what to do with this and it's hilarious.  Enrichment is so important to stimulating the minds of these cats and kittens," Austin Animal Center wrote on Facebook.
