Kitten who bizarrely got herself stuck in a bin is now safe and happy!
It's bin a rough old week for Dusty, who got her head stuck in this awkward position.
A good Samaritan spotted the five week old tuxedo stuck in a bin with her head sticking out vulnerably. He immediately called the RSPCA for help.
A fireman from the West Midlands Fire Service came to her rescue along with the RSPCA. He climbed into the bin to keep the distressed kitten steady while the RSPCA used a lubricated plastic collar to help free the little kitten.
After her rescue, Dusty was very grateful to get some food and people giving her attention around the clock.
"She is a live wire, She's happy as anything, bless her. She's very chatty and just wants her breakfast!" nurse Louise Simox said.
She's now back to her happy playful self!
