Adorable one eyed fanged kitty gets a second chance at life!
This fluffy kitty with an underbite was sent to death row by his previous owners due to a health condition.
The vet instead fixed him up and rescued him. While at the clinic, he met his forever human!
"This is Fang... he's a little different"
"We adopted Fang from a vet clinic in our area," reddit user izocu shares.
"His previous owners were going to put him down for a urinary problem so the vet took him. He also had an infected eye which was removed. I met him while I was bringing animals from work in for treatment. He's been with us for a few months now and he got a hair cut."
"He's super sweet and kind of a ragdoll. He likes to curl up against us or on our pillows."
Fang is still getting used to one eye, but his family thinks he'll soon figure it out and adapt.
"The only thing he seems to struggle with is depth perception, as you could imagine. He doesn't really jump gaps, usually taking a careful long reach instead. Still sometimes he messes up and is really embarrassed..."
This little sweet heart was going to be put down, but he found a family that would give him the love and care he needed.
He's a love bug that needs to be in someone's lap at all times.
He loves his new family.
A reminder that cats with special needs aren't broken. They want a home and will love you all the same!
