Teeny kitten rescued from highway can't stop cuddling

A young woman rescued a tiny stray kitten from a busy highway in Colorado. After she got him in her car, he couldn't stop cuddling.

"This morning on my way to work I was getting on N I-25 by Fillmore and saw a dead kitten just inside the lane past the shoulder. Then I saw it move. So I threw my car in park, ran out into traffic, and scooped it up before it got flattened. I looked around for a momma cat or any other kittens but it was alone," she shared on imgur.

"We'd just got back into the car after our mad dash, we were both kind of freaking out. I'm thinking it's about 8 weeks old."

"(The kitten) is completely healthy, no injuries besides a scrape to the whiskers area that makes me think it fell/jumped from a car."

The kitten couldn't stop cuddling with his rescuer. Sadly, she already had a house full of animals so she searched for a loving home for him.

A kind couple adopted him quickly and named him Spook.

Right after the kitten met his forever human mom, he showered her with love and kisses. "He demanded so much attention, he tried to climb on my leg, so I picked him up, he continued to try and climb to get to my face... so I did bring him closer, and he gave me chin kisses!" his new mom wrote on imgur.

"He also has a best buddy in his life, Felix. They cannot live apart ever since they first met. They wrestle every day... bath each other, they sleep and cuddle together everyday, anywhere in my house.

We love him dearly... Looking forward for more years to come to watch him grow and being Felix's little partner in crime."
