A stray cat was wandering the neighborhood until a kind couple decided to open their door. Was this meant to be?
"A stray Cat had been lurking in our neighbourhood. So we opened the door," Handro shared on imgur.
"He was starving and seeking someone to socialize with. We put up a online entry for lost/found cats. We looked for flyers but didn't find anything. No response online as well."
"We and our neighbour started to feed him as we both wanted to help him. We also slowly introduce him to our own cat."
"We decided to take him to the vet to have a check-up on his health and also look for a chip to see if someone owned him. No chip. And he was not neutered. In these cases vets would put stray cats down if no owners is found.
We struggled with that idea and had already talked about letting him into our house."
"We don't know how long he has been for himself. His fur had been cut, poorly, which might be due to mistreatment. We had to wash him and get rid of some ticks, but he was a happy kitty afterwards."
"Nala (Snow cat) is our precious Queen. She has never been too fond when other Cats walks into her turf, but we were suprised to how calm she was with him. He is young and childish (we think 1 or 1 1/2 years old) and can be a bit too curious and playful for her taste, but she puts him in place when she needs to.
It looks like she might accept him as a little brother."
"Looking better! He has the same paws and same white pattern as Nala, and since he found our home I guess it was ment to be; please say hello to Simba :)"
And he'll live happily ever after. :)
