Leo the cat was living the life of a stray in constant search for a loving home.
Then one day, Leo decided to take matters into his own paws. (Scroll down for video)
Leo found a little garden, where he found food and water containers just for kitties like him.
"In the garden of our apartment, there is food and water containers for cats. For that reason, the garden is a popular place for local cats," Burcu Emel, an animal rescuer from Ankara, Turkey, said to petoskop.
Little Leo was skittish at first, unsure if this garden was too good to be true.
But as time passed, and seeing the other cats enjoying the free buffet, Leo started to come around.
"When I came out from the door in the morning, he greeted me with a smile. He was an extremely soft-tempered male. He did not fight, he did not swat," Burcu said.
One day, Leo decided he wanted more than food.
He climbed into Burcu’s car like he owned it.
A nice warm nap in the sun.
Leo refused to leave until he got what he wanted, so… Burcu took Leo off the streets and found a young woman named Yağmur, who gave Leo a forever loving home!
“Sometimes to get things done, you just gotta take matters into your own paws.” – Leo.
Leo is now living a happy life as a house kitty.
