Before...

Here's what you'll need:
Side table (21 5/8” x 21 5/8”)
4 fabric squares (17” x 17”)
12 velcro strips (2”)
4 velcro strips (17”)
Plastic liner (20” x 20”)
Pebbles
Soil
Sprouted wheatgrass seeds
Box cutter
Hot glue
Nails
Hammer
Sisal rope
Steps:
1. Remove the legs of the table and nail in an end of the sisal rope at the top of the leg. Wrap the rope around the leg, gluing it and adding nails along the way to secure it. Reattach the legs when complete.

2. Stick the long velcro strips along the underside edges of the table.

3. Secure the small velcro strips to the tops of the fabric squares and attach them to the sides of the table.

4. Use the box cutter to cut a 16” x 16” square out of the top layer of the table.

5. Remove the innards of the table.

6. Lay the plastic liner into the square.

7. Add a layer of pebbles to the bottom.

8. Pour 2-3 inches of soil on top of the pebbles.

9. Sprinkle sprouted wheatgrass seeds on the soil in an even layer. Gently press them in the soil without burying them.

10. When wheatgrass has grown to approximately 4 inches, let your cat fully enjoy their new secret hideaway.
