Prior to the sixth inning of Tuesday night's game between the Marlins and Braves at Marlins Park, a grey cat caused a delay by dashing into the outfield. Once approached, the kitty acrobatically climbed the back wall to the Marlin’s homerun sculpture to the delight of the crowd.
The Marlins eventually won the game, leading the team and fans to dub the kitty as Rally Cat, their new unofficial mascot.
Rally Cat even got his own twitter.

The story gets even better.
The kitty evaded rescuers skillfully, until finally the grey kitty was caught and then adopted by a Marlins front office member!
The kitty is now living the life of a happy house cat, where he can watch the games from the comfort of his couch.
